Getting started with money#
You have a bank balance from the moment you first join. This page covers the handful of commands you'll use every day. Everything here is something you type in chat.
Check your balance#
/bal
That shows how much money you have. It also answers to /balance and /money.
Curious about someone else, or want to see who's doing well?
/baltop
/baltop lists the richest players, ten at a time — add a page number like
/baltop 2 to see further down.
Pay another player#
Send money straight to someone:
/pay Steve 250
The amount leaves your balance and lands in theirs immediately. If they're online, they'll get a message letting them know.
TIP
You can also pay a government account by its name instead of a player — handy for paying a department or a fee.
WARNING
Double-check the name and amount before you press enter. Payments go through right away and can't be reversed by you — you'd have to ask the recipient to send it back.
See where your money went#
Every payment, sale, wage, and fee is recorded. Review your history:
/transactions
Each entry shows the amount (in or out), a short note about what it was, and when it
happened. Add a page number to go further back: /transactions 2.
Want a copy you can keep or open in a spreadsheet?
/transactions export
This hands you a link to a downloadable file of your history.
